We do not allow Children under the Age of 12 for general bookings. If you are looking to reserve the retreat for a private outing we allow children of all ages, rates are below. To make a group reservation with children please contact us at 347-287-7359.
– Toddlers 2 and Under $50 per child per night
– Ages 3 to 11 are $165 per night, per child.
Cancellation Policy
– Reservations cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date will be refunded 90% of total reservation, less a 10% Service Fee.
– There is a 5% fee for reservations cancelled 48 hrs after original booking date.
– All partial reservation refunds will be applied after the departure date of the reservation.
– No partial refunds for private groups where the minimum requirement (12 guests) is not met at the time of reservation date.
– We do not provide refunds for reservation cancellations from prior seasons that are used for credit
– No refunds for Gift Certificates.
