Mealtime at Orenda has always been a time to reflect and relax with friends and family and share the day’s adventures.

We have made it a tradition to create and provide tastefully prepared, healthy cuisine to the great outdoors.  Dining at Orenda is all inclusive and offered to guests daily.  All our meals are cooked over an open wood flame using traditional cast iron skillets, griddles and dutch ovens, all the while introducing the freshest ingredients from our local Farmers and on site heirloom garden. making dining at Orenda an unique Adirondack experience.  We encourage our guest’s to enjoy and be involved with this forgotten method of cooking.

The daily menu begins with a wholesome Adirondack Breakfast;  Fire-Brewed Coffee served alongside fresh produce to Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon served with Spicy Potato Hash, including our delicious Flap Jacks topped with our locally made “Pop’s Sugar Shack” Maple Syrup; delicious Boar’s Head brand meats sandwiches on freshly baked rolls or our signature paninis served along with freshly prepared salads, trail mix and fresh fruit for lunch; tastefully prepared open flame meals for dinner such as; Center Cut Pork Chops with a Rosemary infusion, grilled over an open flame, served with Homemade Apple/Pear Chutney to our Blue Mountain Burger with Blue cheese, topped with Apple Wood-Smoked Bacon served on a roll with fresh arugula, or our Char-Grilled BBQ Free Range Chicken, to our famous pulled pork with all the fixings.

We are limited to certain dietary or cultural restrictions.  Please provide us with advance notice so we can adjust our menu to you needs.

We do not serve Seafood.
